Aufgspuit in Murnauer Moos 2025

Am Sunday September 7th on 13am to 17pm it says again:

“Aufgspuit im Murnauer Moos” – A unique folk music experience with a view of the moss and mountains

For the 19th time, the Tourism & Culture Department of the Murnau market, the Camerloher Music School eV and Ms. Anita Staltmeier-Gruber, artistic director responsible for the music, warmly welcome all lovers of authentic folk music against the atmospheric natural backdrop of the Murnauer Moos.

At the three locations in the Murnauer Moos - the Ähndl, the St. Georg Chapel and the Drachenstich - traditional music will once again be played:
Top-class Alpine folk music, which is extremely popular with locals and visitors alike and attracts an ever-growing fan base. Anita Staltmeier-Gruber, a qualified music teacher, has once again selected an excellent selection of bands presenting genuine and authentic folk music.

The following musical contributors are delighted to be part of this event:
From the Oberallgäu “Düesch mit”, from Uffing the Gruber family band and the Sunnabankl Musi, from Murnau the Wally Blosn, the Götz siblings, the Stuhlmühler siblings, the Riedsee Musi and the Seesoatn Gitarrenmusi, from the Ammertal the Wildenauer Blos and Josef Niklas, from the Mangfalltal the Mangfall Sextett, from the Werdenfelser Land the Oana nochn Andan Musi, from Tyrol the Obmann Musi, from the Pfaffenwinkel the Reiseralm Zithermusi and from Salzburg the Wimmbacher Musi and the Windstreich-Musikanten.

The music groups rotate between locations and play from 13 p.m. to 17 p.m., after which there is free music at Ähndl.
The young Trachtlers meet at the Info-Stadl in Moos and perform there.

Your physical well-being is well taken care of: The Ähndl restaurant, the Staffelseewirte, the Auszeit restaurant, the Murnau traditional costume association and the rural women from the district provide delicacies from the region.

Should the weather not cooperate, the event will be moved to Murnau town center. The Griesbräu, Karg-Bräustüberl, Da Noi, Café Krönner, and the Trachtenheim (traditional costume center) will offer equally atmospheric music.

Tickets are available in advance at the Tourist Information for 8,00 EUR and on site on 07 September for 10,00 EUR.

The entrance fees finance the musicians' fees and thus, of course, the continuation of this unique folk music experience.
