The Murnau Beekeepers' Association was founded in 1925 as a beekeeping association in Murnau. In 2021, the association now has 122 members with almost 1150 bee colonies.
The association is concerned with the preservation of honey bees and supports beekeepers with equipment and training as well as insurance for the colonies.
The beekeeping association gives beekeepers and interested parties the opportunity to work together to look after the needs of bees. In association with the Bavarian Beekeepers Association, we are part of the German Beekeepers Association.
