Four parking spaces for mobile homes and trailers are centrally located at Murnau train station, the ideal starting point for exploring Murnau and the Blue Land. They have everything you need for a stopover: the station bistro has fresh rolls and the ticket hall has information for your activities in and around Murnau. A supply and disposal station is set up in the immediate vicinity. For waste water, there is a drain column including a drain for toilet containers and a movable waste water sled that is positioned directly under the vehicle outlet for disposal. Disposal is free of charge for you. A drinking water column provides you with water. The price for around 150 liters is 1 EUR. The power supply is provided via a connection column with six CEE sockets. The fee for this is 1 EUR per 2 kWh.
The paid parking time at the P+R at the train station applies to cars and camper vans every day from Monday to Sunday. Camper vans are permitted to stay for a maximum of 72 hours and the parking fee for camper vans is EUR 5 (for 24 hours).

Since November 1.11.2015, 29, Section 13 of the Federal Registration Act also regulates the obligation to register at motorhome parking spaces. We therefore ask you to register at the Tourist Information in the town hall, Untermarkt XNUMX. The currently valid regulations of the Infection Protection Measures Ordinance will also be checked there.

Murnau am Staffelsee is a climatic health resort and charges overnight guests who stay in Murnau for spa and recreation purposes according to Spa fee statute a tourist tax, which is to be collected by the respective host.

Want to travel car-free and environmentally friendly on your holiday? - With the digital guest card, you not only receive general discounts but also travel free of charge on MVV buses and DB regional trains in zones 7-12 of the MVV network.
On the routes from Oberammergau to Murnau (and back) as well as on the route between Tutzing and Mittenwald (and back), free travel is valid in RB and RE trains of the second class.
MVV buses are mostly free of charge for guests with a digital guest card in zones 7 to 12 of the MVV network.
1. Check if your host offers the digital guest card.
2. If your host offers the digital guest card, you will receive your digital guest card on site from your host or even before your trip.
3. Have your digital guest card and official photo ID ready on the train and show them to the conductor upon request. On the bus, the digital guest card is sufficient and will be scanned by the bus driver when you board.
